Wayland-based State Police out responded to a possible domestic dispute in progress at a residence in the town of Wayland, which resulted in the arrest of a Wayland man. Colin R. Sick, age 36, of 1500 County Road 90, Wayland, N.Y. is being charged with Criminal Trespass, 2nd degree, a class “A” Misdemeanor and Assault, 3rd degree, a class “A” Misdemeanor. It is alleged that, while at the complainant’s residence, Sick was asked to leave and he refused. A physical altercation ensued and the complainant sustained an injury. Sick was arraigned before the town of Wayland Judge Tom Recktenwald. Sick posted $2,000 cash bail and is scheduled to reappear in the town of Wayland court on December 20, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.
