Join us for a 3-course gourmet dinner, specially prepared by German and International master chefs, to celebrate the birthday of world-renowned Johann Sebastian Bach, born March 21, 1685, the most celebrated member of a large family of north German musicians. For the first time in Cyprus, as part of the first BACH BIRTHDAY FESTIVAL, enjoy the Bach atmospheric experience with authentic German cuisine created from 18th century recipes, accompanied by selected regional wines, served with each course.

Welcome Drink: German Sekt
Starter: Asparagus Soup, served with German dry Riesling wine
Main: Roulade (a thin slice of beef, rolled up with mustard, bacon and other ingredients, fried and slow cooked) with red cabbage with pieces of apple/cranberry jam and puree of celery root, served with dry red wine from Germany.
Dessert: Apple Cake with cream, served with Commandaria on crushed ice with lemon
Traditional home-baked Biscuits served with Coffee
