Allegany County Judge sends man to prison

An Allegany County Jail inmate is now headed to state prison. In court Monday, Justin C. Holbrook, 24, was sentenced to serve 1-3 years in prison after he admitted to violating his probation. In January, Holbrook was placed on probation for five years for1st degree criminal contempt - violating an order of protection.
