Wellsville Police arrested Jacob T. Crist, age 19 of Lancaster, NY, charging him with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child 1st and Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 3rd. Police also arrested Preston S. Kelkenberg, age 19 of Akron, NY, charging him with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child 1st. The charges stem from an incident that took place on South Brooklyn Avenue in the village. Crist and Kelkenberg were processed, issued appearance tickets and released. Crist and Kelkenberg are due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on November 28th at 4:30 p.m.
