Qualifications and experiences
· Advanced degree in International Development, Social Sciences or Law is required;
· Knowledge and experience in social protection, child protection and social inclusion programmes; or, related fields;
· Strong expertise in the field of child rights and child protection is preferred;
· Minimum 5 years of management experience preferably with an international organization;
· Very strong people management and systems building skills;
· Capacity to work independently and under pressure;
· Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, flexible world view and emotional maturity;
· Very good speaking and writing skills in English and Albanian
