Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Jason C. Fernandez, age 32 of Wellsville, charging him with Failure to appear in Court and/or pay fine. Fernandez was arraigned before Associate Wellsville Village Judge Walsh. Fernandez paid $225.00 towards his fine and was released. Fernandez is due back in Wellsville Village Court on October 17th at 4:30 p.m.
