SENIOR MANAGER ENTERPRISE SALES


Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership with visibility, decision support and control for effective governance for Enterprise Sales operations.
  • Lead the development and implementation of annual Enterprise Sales Business plan
  • Prepare, monitors and controls annual departmental budget
  • Develop an executive relationship program for MTN major corporate customers
  • Develop and employ relevant metrics and measures to routinely monitor progress
  • Maintain effective working relationships with national regulatory and competition authorities
  • Effectively manage the development of direct reports
    Stay abreast of developments in areas of expertise
Candidate Requirements
  • First degree in Marketing/Sales, Business, Charter Marker or related area of study
  • Masters degree in Business Administration or Sales/Marketing
  • Minimum of 7 years in large to medium sized industry
  • At least 5 years practical business/corporate sales
  • 3 years in senior management role
  • Experience in medium to large subsidiary of multinational/telecom company
