Sales Field Manager (x1)
Reporting to the Country Field Manager, the Sales Field Manager will be responsible for:
•Planning and managing all available sales resources to maximize team efficiency
•Identify external opportunity and develop, implement plans to achieve targets
•Ensuring that team operates in compliance with company policies, procedures, processes and requirements
•Driving and supporting the team in ensuring that they achieve the highest level of customer service and consumer satisfaction
•Planning, coordinating and monitor effective implementation of business programs within the team
•Sharing reports for effective decision making
Education
• A tertiary qualification in Marketing /Sales (IMM, B-degree or equivalent) or 1 year completed studying towards a qualification
Experience
• A minimum of 4 years FMCG experience, preferably with 2 years in the tobacco industry.
•Extensive and in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales in Zambia FMCG market. Experience in successfully assuming supervisory positions or leading projects.
Language & Computer Skills
•Working knowledge of Microsoft office with advanced skills in Excel
•Customer, negotiation and financial skills
•Fluent written and spoken English (Speak, Read & Write)
