Reports to: Manager Consumer Marketing
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements an annual segment marketing plan to drive acquisition, retention and usage
- Develops and embeds customer value propositions for all segments, products and services.
- Keeps track of segment needs and preferences and identifies new opportunities and works with the product team to develop, launch and manage products for the developed segment.
- Develops robust Go to Market plans for different segments
Monitors segment performance and delivers on reports and remedial actions to drive customer numbers and grow. - Drives continuous improvements as an important element of service delivery.
- Stays abreast of developments in area of expertise and performs to the highest ethical and professional standard.
Candidate Requirements
- First degree in Marketing/Sales, Business, or related area of study
- Masters degree in Business Administration or Sales/Marketing is an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years experience of marketing in medium to large sized industry
- At least 3 years experience in a management position in a dynamic and fast moving industry
