EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – CEO


Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality control checks on CEO’s presentations.
  • Respond to customer queries and requests on non-technical issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Perform a variety of routine typing assignments as appropriate
  • Copies and/or duplicates materials as requested
  • Schedule or assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and/or conferences.
  • Coordinate the organization of social events connected to the CEO’s office.
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the CEO’s office and diary
Candidate Requirements
  • A good first degree preferably in Secretarial Administration
  • 3 years’ experience in an administrative capacity in a medium to large organization.
  • Experience in administrative support for a top management personnel of a reputable company, with local and international operations
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision and produce excellent results.
  • Effective communication skills.
