VACANCY: Facilities Team Lead
LOCATION: Lusaka
JOB PURPOSE:
Facilities management of owned and leased company offices, shops and switch rooms.
REPORTING TO THE SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR, THE MAIN DUTIES ARE:
Facilities Management
Partner Relationship & Performance Management
Actualize Revenue Opportunities
Compliance with Annual Operating Plan and Management of Admin budgets
Project Management
Partner Relationship & Performance Management
Staff Training on Occupation Health and Safety
Compliance with Local and International Standards on EHSC
REQUIRED SKILL AND KNOWLEGDE
University degree in a technical field e.g. Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture or Building Technology.
Certification in Contract Management or Project Management or Facilities Management
Financial knowledge: possess intermediate financial accounting knowledge
Over 5 years’ functional experience in busy multinational environment. Telecom experience is an added advantage
Functional knowledge of real estate and facilities management
Experience in managing large fleet and drivers
Excellent knowledge of ERP/Oracle
Good project management experience
PERSONAL BEHAVIOUR REQUIRED IN THE POST
Service oriented
Good planning skills
High personal standards and goal oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent and effective communications skills, both orally and written
Computer literate
Relationship management
