The Consultant should: 
· Hold university degree in Social Sciences or relevant area.
· Be an independent professional with expertise of more than 5 years in M&E.
· Have M&E experience as part of the project cycle and experience of working in/with International NGOs.
· Have very good professional English writing skills.
· Able to travel in the field if required.
