Potter County: Four face charges of impaired driving

Pennsylvania State Police report the arrest of four people for DUI in Potter County. The charges were announced in a flurry a news releases faxed to area media. Here's the summary:

1. Erica Justine Simms, 25, of Coudersport was charged with DUI during a traffic stop in Austin. Charges were filed with the District Court.
2. Brandon Thompson Empson, 25, of Coudersport. During a traffic stop in Sweden Township, Troopers allege that Empson was driving under the influence of a controlled substance and also possessed a controlled substance.
3. Richard Earl Kline, 76, of Coudersport was arrested during a traffic stop in Allegany Township. Troopers allege that Kline was under the influence of a controlled substance and was placed under arrest for DUI. Charges were filed through District Court.
4. Scott Brian Robbins, 48, of Wellsboro was arrested during a traffic stop on State Route 6 in Coudersport. he was charged with DUI.
