Olean announces street closure for Friday

On Friday, September 22, 2017, the City of Olean Department of Public Works Electric Division will be replacing the traffic loops at the intersection of West State and North 4^th Street. 
This will require the closure of North 4^thStreet, from West State Street to Putnam Street, from approximately 6:30am to 2:00pm.  Motorists are encouraged to use an alternate route.
The street will be reopened as quickly as possible.  Please use caution when traveling in this area.  Thank you for your patience.
