Colloquially "heart outside the chest." This young girl has the Pentalogy of Cantrell:
- Omphalocele
- Anterior diaphragmatic hernia
- Sternal cleft with or without ectopia cordis
- Diaphragmatic pericardium defects (no diaphragmatic pericardium)
- Intracardiac defect: ventricular septal defect, diverticulum of the left ventricle, Tetralogy of Fallot
