On Saturday before the sixteenth, after the Equality March taking place under Pride Week,
an attempt was made to invade Revenge. It should be noted that there were quite a few
people who had attended this event before. There are 4 people on the recording: Remigius
Stalewski, his brother Witold, and their "brave" companions. The "patriots" charge ended
up spraying a considerable amount of gas and throwing a chair at a distance. The attack
was repulsed, and nothing happened to the guests, at best, remained a distaste after the
hard-working patriots at the base, ie gassing the staircase. ---- Link to record (YouTube)
---- Remigiusz Stalewski is a member of the Poznan All-Polish Youth and the owner of the
"Narodowy" shop located at the square of Cyryla Ratajski. He is known for his attacks on
participants of a peaceful anti-nationalist demonstration, also attended by his brother
Witold and their colleagues. That day (April 8, 2017), as was the case with many other
situations, when nationalists tried to beat up and intimidate people of different views,
along with representatives of various social groups and circles, who came together to
fight nationalism, we succeeded. to counteract their aggression.

Following a previous attack on Revenge, which took place at the All-Polish Youth
Conference at the Faculty of Social Sciences at Adam Mickiewicz University, the All-Polish
Youth sent a letter to Revenge (sic!), In which she renounced violence and threatened to
report to the appropriate authorities if she did not remove the information. tying them
with the attack. Now, however, nobody seems to have any doubts about who is behind the
violence against those who do not respond to the "patriotic" vision of the world.
All-Polish youth calls it "work at the base".

After the unsuccessful attack on Revenge, the perpetrators, in the evening, went to
Pulaski Street under Poznan squat, where they tried to unload their frustration on the
wall with the word "Rozbrat". An international meeting of logistics workers was taking
place. From there, too, very quickly and in great panic they drove a white van, leaving
behind awkward scrawl:

Eventually, the feats of the nationalists did not have any serious consequences. Revenge
guests returned to eating, drinking and chatting after a few minutes, and the inscription
was immediately renewed. It must be stressed, however, that while All-Polish Youth always
translates its actions in great words: patriotism, homeland, honor - it is actually a
normal activity of the militia. Apparently, it is meant to intimidate people involved in
tenant movement, trade union activity, or other socio-political and cultural initiatives
related to places such as Club Revenge and Rozbrat. If we firmly condemn unthinkable
national aggression, each of us can become a victim of it. Today I, tomorrow you.

By multiplying the advertisements against the public service, the government of Édouard
Philippe flatters the right-wing electorate and tries to make believe that the only way to
respect the sacrosanct rule of reduction of public deficits is to cut in payroll. ---- The
primary of the right for the nomination of the presidential candidate had given rise to a
formidable race for announcements regarding the abolition of posts of civil servants:
Fillon promised to remove 500,000, Sarkozy 300,000, Juppé between 250,000 and 300 000, as
for Kosciusko-Morizet, she proposed to reconsider the status of civil servants. Beyond
this overbidding, it should be noted that taking officials as targets is a way to flatter
the opulent right-wing taxpayers who see red as the idea that "  their  " taxes could be
used to pay public officials.

Macron's first announcement was the abolition of 120,000 posts over the entire five-year
period: 50,000 in the state civil service (ie ministries and deconcentrated services -
rectorates, prefectures, etc.) and 70,000 in the territorial public service (communes,
départements and regions).

Between 2006 and 2014, 230,000 jobs were already eliminated in the state civil service.
Whether it is dry cuts or transfers to the territorial - where wages are on average lower
- the goal is the same: to save money. Behind the numbers is a reality: removing positions
in the public service of the state means eliminating teachers, labor inspectors, agents
who put oil in the wheels to ensure quality public service.

Accounting management

In the territorial public service, the government has chosen to reduce the budgetary
allocations by 13 billion euros in order to force local and regional authorities to reduce
their workforce. We can already predict the consequences of this policy: an overload of
work, teams under pressure and, ultimately, dysfunctions that will weigh on the whole
population.

Second announcement: the freezing of the index point, that is to say the blocking of the
salaries of the civil servants. Since 2010, this index point was "  frozen  ", that is to
say it did not evolve anymore (while prices continued to rise). In 2016, to prepare for
the forthcoming presidential election, two modest increases of 0.6  % were decided by
Holland. This revaluation, far from compensating inflation, was still too strong for the
new government which, by the mouth of Gerald Darmanin, announced a refreeze of the index
point.

As if that were not enough, the zealous rectifiers of the public accounts decided to
re-impose the officials on the day of deficiency, that is to say, by ceasing to pay the
officials at their first day of absence for medical reasons. The pretext invoked is
misleading since it would be a measure of equity with the employees of the private sector,
whereas in many undertakings the days of deficiency before the payment of the daily
subsistence allowances are covered by the 'employer.

The government recently appointed by Macron has decided to strike hard: on the one hand,
it tries to pass a new reform of the labor code ; on the other, he attacks officials who
are designated as privileged. The solution should therefore be simple: in order to thwart
the plans of a government that implements a drum beating its liberal agenda, it is
imperative that public servants and private employees refuse with the same voice these
antisocial measures, in the street and strike solidarily to oblige Macron to review his
program.

On Monday 18/9 a anti-fascist course took place on the occasion of the anniversary of the
murder of the anti-phaseist Pavlos Fissa. As many as 1,000 people attended student
associations, anarchist collectives and leftist organizations. ---- The Eleftherial
Initiative of Thessaloniki invited and participated in the joint anti-fascist bloc,
together with the Free Social Space School and the occupation of Libertatia. ---- The
course was on Egnatia Street and turned from Hagia Sophia to drive from Tsimiski Street to
Golden Dawn offices. At the height of the Dodecanese he met the block cops (cages and
MAT), which forced her to move left, on the Dodecanese, and, through Niki, to turn upward,
to Venizelos. Once the course turned from Hagia Sophia and went out to Tsimiski, the cops
formed a chain to its right and left to keep it encircled for the rest of the route. As
soon as the head of the course crossed Tsimiski, blocking the block moved to the sidewalk
to prevent the cops from continuing to hold the protest tightly blocked. There was a
conflict between security and MAT first on the pavement and then on the back of the
course. After it became impossible for the demonstration to continue from Venizelos, as
decided, it moved on Tsimiski. The course was cut in two, with the second part blocked by
the forces of the MAT from joining the first. The clashes continued throughout Tsimiski
Street, with protesters attacking the STS with stones and firecrackers.

The MADs extensively used glitter grenades and tear grenades, which threw a straight shot
into the crowd.

The demonstration turned to D. Gounaris (Naurinou) -in whose contribution with Tsimiski
the rebellion collided again with the cops, who once again attacked the body of the
course- and ended up in Kamara.

Two additions were made during the course, one of which was turned into conception. Let us
mention here that, during one admission, the cop threatened the accused that he would
plant a sack of grass, which the cop "all by chance" had with him, demonstrating it.

The attitude of the cops does not surprise us: we knew and know that the state and the
Nazis are in good cooperation and jointly in the service of capital. The Golden Dawn
itself did the utmost to prove to the bosses how useful it is (vote in favor of
shipowners' tax exemptions, deletion of debts of FCs, support for a number of
privatizations (eg Agricultural Bank), public enterprises and public real estate (beaches,
islands etc), support for layoffs in the public and private sector, creation of informal
"job-finding" workplaces for Greeks with a daily salary of 15 € etc.)

Next, we published the poster-called the Thessaloniki Eastern Neighborhood Anarchists'
Collective for two gatherings outside the Thessaloniki courts in solidarity with those
accused of the anti-mining struggle in Chalcidice, whose trials will take place on  21
September 2017 . ---- We defend the nature of the ---- The struggle against the extraction
of gold is an example in which it is clearly seen that laws can be modified to serve the
interests of Capital. This is done, on the one hand, by seeking ways to legalize the
mining company and, on the other hand, by suppressing one of the most combative and
multifaceted struggles of recent years. In addition to its direct form, presence of the
so-called anti-riot police everywhere, tear gas firing inside schools, house raids, rubber
bullets and chemical substances, repression was structured on a legal level.

In the case of Skuriés, anti-mining struggle in Chalkidiki, there are more than 450
activists accused, many of the accusations were based on obtaining genetic material
without the consent of the accused, on intercepted phone calls and on the use of law 187
on criminal organizations.

We defend the activists of state repression.

Concentrations outside the Thessalonian courts :

- On Wednesday,  September 20, 2017 , at 9 am, at the beginning of the trial in the case
of the clashes during the mobilization outside the municipality of Ierissós in 2012, in
which 12 people are accused.

- On Thursday,  September 21, 2017 , at 9 am, the trial began at the Lakkos Karatzá rally
in May 2013. The 26 activists indicted are charged with a number of things, including
injuring four policemen called anti-government forces.

On Thursday , September 21, 2017, the Thessaloniki Anti-authoritarian Movement proceeded
to intervene outside the Canadian consulate in Thessaloniki (the El Dorado Gold mining
company is apparently Canadian) against El Dorado Gold and gold mining in Chalkidiki . The
intervention was carried out earlier before the out-of-court trials of the city were held
in solidarity with those prosecuted for the anti-mining struggle in Chalkidiki . By the
way, we want to report that in the first trial of the anti-mining fighters, all the
defendants were acquitted. The communiqué of the Anti-authoritarian Movement follows.
It is the third time that El Dorado Gold suspends the works (of gold extraction) and plays
the role of tactics, in order to become the absolute sovereign of the extractions from
Chalcidice to Thrace. With the pretext of arbitration (invented by the government to gild
the pill and try to convince that it has no responsibility, since this government not only
granted several licenses to the company, but also during its term began drilling and
pumping of the wastewater), El Dorado Gold does not seem to be willing to accept any rule
that is not its own.

We are going to say it clearly: El Dorado is the new Camora of development and
investments. Since he set foot on Chalkidiki, he was interested in making alliances faster
than destroying the environment. He had no difficulty in finding spokesmen and henchmen,
not only in local society but also in the centers of power. This media, business,
political and social front of the "willing" has come back to the surface to launch the
series of mutual favors and blackmail: Alafuzos, Bóbolas, Mitsotakis, the mining unions
sold to the bosses, and all well-known foundations and people favored politically and
economically by the gold mafia, have already taken their seats in the El Dorado Gold
Orchestra.
In addition, as the new gold mafia has entered the game of political power, all its
partners and lackeys not only did not miss the opportunity, but caught it. The Syriza
government was not exasperated by the extraction, but rather by the open collaboration at
the tactical level between the New Democracy and El Dorado Gold. That is why the three do
their best to carry out this work, which, as it progresses, seeks to silence all the
authentic and spontaneous elements that have emerged from the struggle of the underdogs
against the extraction.
Therefore, the movements and struggles that emanate from the passion for life and freedom
are neither spectators nor collaborators of the Power in their games, but with their
direct action intervene to dissolve (cancel) these games, also dissolving all the
narratives of delegation. Specifically, at the same time as the government approved the
operation of the Mesojora hydroelectric dam, leaving open the subject of the diversion of
the river Aqueloo, and at the same time that it is privatizing the water supply, it seems
that it is fighting for Skuriés.
The movements of modern life are outside and against the narratives of the managers of the
Power, the State and the markets. They struggle to overthrow development planning, whose
cornerstone is the constant enlargement, with all the catastrophic social and
environmental consequences it inevitably entails.
Today the key question is not "development, how and for whom?" But "why development?". And
the answer to this question is not between the deficient explanations of Right and Left,
but in the hands and in the open dialogue between the movements for the life and the
freedom. Their encouragement lies within the communities of struggle for the defense of
common goods and for the defense of those who are prosecuted for this struggle.
The fighting in Chalkidiki began in the streets and in the streets will determine its
outcome. We are not concerned with the conflict between the managers of Power. We are
concerned with the purpose of the extraction of gold, it concerns the end of the state of
captivity, and the end of the persecutions of the fighters.
Solidarity is our weapon. Those prosecuted for the anti-mining struggle are not alone.

Nassar Ibrahim and Majed Nassar are both Palestinians, one is a journalist, the other a
surgeon. They live in Beit Sahour in the West Bank. Over a long period of several years,
they wrote these fourteen news, either in Arabic or in English, and for the first time
translated into French. ---- Fiction or not? They do not care. Whether it is the story of
a chained dog, harassed by the same shepherd for months, who finally manages to escape, or
that of a surgeon who seeks his ten-year-old son through the streets of Beit Sahour in
full of curfew, these texts reveal bits and pieces of the daily life of Palestinians
evolving under the ever-growing shadow of the occupation and its wall. ---- In spite of
the seriousness of certain stories with bitter and fatal taste, the pathos has no place:
one can be moved, revolted while sharing relief, smiles, complicity and even, sometimes,
hopes.

A daily that raises thoughts far beyond the Palestinian question: rising hatred,
confinement and solidarity.
