Your can always tell a Harvard man, but you can't tell him much

Massachusetts has  developed a reputation for having a population that is intelligent and urbane.

I suspect that it is because it is home to many fine educational institutions.

I figure the driver of this car graduated from one of those fine institutions.  Why who else would use a  two inch stove bolt and a two inch drywall screw to attach a license plate to the car.  So the next time you get a flat tire and pull a screw out , remember that it probably vibrated loose from a Honda out of Massachusetts  or maybe a Ford.
I am glad that the rest of us are too stupid to use this method and rely upon the old and true license plate bolt to do the job.
