Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum five (3) years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping or grants management and compliance for donor-funded programs, experience with USAID-funded projects preferred;
• Well organized, detailed oriented, and able to meet strict deadlines;
• Previous experience preparing and maintaining grant related documentation (or similar);
• Experienced and comfortable working with budgets/financial reports
• Strong document management skills
• University level degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field preferred
• Fluency in both Albanian and English
