TRUST ME

In a major reversal -- indeed, a 180 degree flip flop -- Trump decides to send more troops to Afghanistan. He tells us he HAS a plan for Afghanistan, but he won't say what it is. This is a nice set-up for later telling us it was hugely successful . . . at achieving . . . what?
