Professional and technical skills:
- University degree in political science or other relevant field
- A minimum of seven years’ experience of working in the field of development cooperation or similar positions
- Good knowledge of the public sector/public administration sector
- Good knowledge of Albanian government structures and processes
- Good knowledge of EU-integration and EU-cooperation
- Good knowledge and experience in project management and monitoring
- Computer literacy
