The National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) wishes to recruit for the under listed
positions to be based at its Head Office (Lusaka).
The successful applicant will be expected to have demonstrable competencies relevant to the job and will be offered a competitive remuneration package.
1.0 Transport Clerk - Operations (NC06) (6 months)
1.1 Job Purpose:
To deal with day-to-day transport logistics e.g. allocation of transport, processing of requests in ERP, reconciling and processing various transport bills for timely payment to ensure services are not suspended, following up LPOs with procurement and monitoring service accounts and general
document management, fuel reconciliations, and other related duties.
1.2 Qualifications and experience:
Grade 12 Certificate or 5 ‘O’ Levels (credit or better) including English and Mathematics.
Diploma in Transport and Logistics.
Practising Member of the Zambia Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (ZCILT).
Diploma in Social sciences with minimum of two years’ experience in similar role.
2.0 Transport Clerk – Maintenance (NC06) (6 months)
2.1 Job Purpose:
To deal with maintenance tracking, motor vehicle condition assessments to ensure vehicle safety, obtaining quotations for serving and insurance repairs, pre and post vehicle assessments to ensure value for money on repairs and reduction of cost of transport operations. Expediting vehicle repairs and maintenance with garages to reduce on vehicle downtime and other related
duties.
2.2 Qualifications and experience:
Grade 12 Certificate or 5 ‘O’ Levels (credit or better) including English and Mathematics.
Diploma in Transport and Logistics.
Practising Member of the Zambia Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (ZCILT).
Diploma in Mechanical, Auto Mechanical/Electrical with minimum of two
years’ experience in similar role.
