On August 10, 2017 Troopers from SP North Hornell arrested Mark Walton, 45, from Jasper, NY for Burglary 2nd and Burglary 3rd. Walton was arrested subsequent to a lengthy investigation into burglaries around the Troupsburg and Jasper areas. Walton was arraigned in the Village of Canisteo court and remanded to the Steuben County Jail on $15,000 cash/$30,000 bail bond.
