Luc,
2017 is more than halfway over and so far the global LGBT community has seen its fair share of tragedies and triumphs this year.
Through it all, All Out members like you continue to show strength and solidarity as you power wins for love and equality around the world. Here are just a few of those wins you made possible in the past few months.

When the Ibn Rushd-Goethe mosque opened in Berlin this past June, they made headlines by welcoming openly LGBT Muslims to pray.
But this powerful gesture of inclusivity was met with a flood of hate. Seyran Ateş, the mosque's founder, was receiving 1,000 hate messages a day from people who condemned such an inclusive space. She even had to be put under 24-hour police protection.
To show Seyran and her community that she's not alone, All Out members rallied together to send a powerful message of support. Within a few days, more than 1,000 All Out members mailed personalised postcards directly to Seyran and the mosque.

Our partner group in Morocco (who wishes to remain anonymous for their own safety) is helping homeless lesbian, gay, bi, and transgender people. Because of Morocco's anti-gay laws, this work is incredibly dangerous and completely without funding.
This past May, more than 1,300 All Out members helped change that. Through their donations, our partner group was provided with enough funding to launch Morocco’s first shelter for LGBT people!
Thanks to these donations, history is being made in Morocco. Stay tuned for more as we continue to work with our Moroccan partners.

This past June, a neo-Nazi group registered an official event at the same time and location as Sofia Pride in Bulgaria, making a direct call for violence against Pride participants, to "cleanse Sofia and Bulgaria of the garbage."
But thanks to the outcry of nearly 40,000 All Out members like you, local authorities increased security and kept the neo-Nazi group at bay, so Sofia Pride could go on safely.
Pride organisers sent this message along: "Many thanks to All Out members for helping make Sofia Pride safe. Your support made a huge difference and meant thousands of LGBT people, parents, families, and friends could march in Pride peacefully."

From the entire All Out team, thank you SO MUCH for making these victories possible. But the only way we'll see more wins is if you help support this work.
Thanks for going All Out,
Matt and the rest of the All Out team
