Deputies arrest Alfred man on probation warrant

Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on August 28, 2017,  Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Justin Riccio, age 22 of Alfred on an Allegany County Violation of Probation Warrant.

Riccio was processed and transported to Allegany County Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail without bail and is scheduled to reappear in Allegany County Court on August 31^st, 2017 at 11:00a.m.
