On Friday, August 4, police published photos of nationalists suspected of using violence
on the streets of Poznan. The publication of their images was linked to the March attack
on Revenge - anarchist club and bookstore, also the seat of the Wielkopolska Tenants'
Association. ---- On the day of the day, a police car was almost half a day behind Zemsta.
20 min. Before the attack he drove off to appear again 15 min. After its completion. We
hardly believe it was a coincidence. ---- Controlled by the right-wing government, the
police must be cautious of nationalism and racism in the streets - in the end, both the
nationalist and the nationalists are now on the same side of the political barricade.
Before nationalism we can defend ourselves only. Thus, social ostracism must be felt by
street activists and by those who sit in the Seym, city councils, leading media positions,
other state institutions and private enterprises.

Organizations like the All-Polish Youth incite violence against immigrants, foreign
students or political opposition. After all, the Stonewall Association has encouraged
tearing rainbow flags and posted pictures of their "spoils" on Facebook. Nationalist
leaders, inciting these attacks, are commonly known by name, appearing on WTK television
and other media. In addition, the All-Polish Youth is openly meeting in the parochial
parish churches provided by the church, which our environment informed in July .

At the same time prosecutors, courts and police are conducting 6 cases against the
anarchist environment in Poznan, where 12 people are accused. Most of the ongoing
proceedings concern opposition to the policies of the current right-wing government and
are based on questionable allegations. In this context, media reports of our alleged
cooperation with the police are absurd. We have never cooperated with it and we are not
going to change that. Our reluctance to police is due to the experience of our environment
and our actions and struggles. However, the March application was based solely on economic
coercion and did not refer to any persons or groups. It limited the formal notice of the
type of material damage required to obtain compensation from the insurer for notoriously
stabbed in the Revenge.

In the report " Serink's Oak ", we quoted the words of Jan Tesar's speech. Now we would
like to remind the author of the recently published three-volume book " Gypsy Rhapsody" by
the interview that we published earlier in the Anarchist Revue Existence. ---- We met with
historian Jan Tesar sometime in the beginning of the summer of 2013 to ask questions that
seem so urgent to us and which we needed to hear a response from a person who, through his
life work and personal attitude, guarantees the principles and values he speaks about. The
reader is then to consider how big the differences are in the real fight against power
that each of us is leading. As at the end of our joint meeting, Jan Tesar remarked: "We
have closer to you than you think." It was not by accident that his former cautious
dissident colleagues described him as romantic, anarchist, adventurer or extremist ...

Twenty-year-old demagogic propaganda, condensed into anti-Communism, has created, in
today's public opinion, a clear black-and-white conception of the past. Such primitive
simplification can then prevent many people from talking about their own past ...

This certainly concerns most of my former colleagues-historians from before August 1968
and at least at least some dissidents from the 1970s and 1980s, but not me. On the
contrary, I emphasize that I have sincerely and sincerely agreed to the post-February
regime, which was not socialist according to our already existing ideals, but has
undoubtedly removed the capitalism that I thought at that time and today I think it is the
misery of humanity. At the Communists, in the pre-February and the postwar months, I
enjoyed defining themselves as the speakers of the exploited and oppressed, not those who
engender sentimental crying and charity, but those who have risen and are going to take
what belongs to them. I strongly supported their regime, and that is why I wanted to
eliminate what I considered to be its "shortcomings", that is to say, mainly the wrongs of
the so-called "small" working people. I have fought for it all the time until 1968 and, in
all possible ways, fought, and the restriction of the regime's bafanár therefore
considered me an enemy. I had to bite in my life, but it is also true that I often managed
to get justice for those I fought for and ultimately for myself.

But I can afford to tell the truth because I have a perfectly clean shirt. Not only did I
not suppress and support repression or consent (as most of the people had to do by forced
resolutions), but right after the first political executions in our country, I sent a
letter to the Czech Minister of Justice at the age of 16 proposing the abolition of the
death penalty. And do you know what followed? The cap did not answer me, of course, he
sent it to the CPC District Committee and they did not take the hand or the grammar school
out of it - only the director, scared by the fear that the party thinks about him, just
gave me a hub. He wrote to my mother that I was going to show that I did not want to be
like everyone else. I had "educators" like this, they could not understand the purest
motivation of a young person at all! And so I then defeated these "educators", making them
all the worst, I compromised them in their usefulness to the Communists who hated them,
and caused their fear. So they managed to raise me from the rebels and destroyers of all
the so-called authorities. So in the end I should be grateful for what gave my life a
glamor! However, I must say that they have always tried to destroy the anti-Communist
concealment of the red-coloring, red-headed by fear and willing to do whatever they are
told, and that a tough Communist who has honestly felt his faith but managed to appreciate
the pure Motivating my protests and my revolts; This has been repeated several times in my
life. What gave my life a glamor! However, I must say that they have always tried to
destroy the anti-Communist concealment of the red-coloring, red-headed by fear and willing

but managed to appreciate the pure Motivating my protests and my revolts; This has been

and my revolts; This has been repeated several times in my life.

You have, in fact, ended up in jail.

They closed me for the first time in September 1969. The essence of our then crime was the
so-called ROH Coordinating Committees: Rudolf Batteko's idea, which I assumed and
appreciated as the best thing to do at the time. The basic organization of trade unions
freely elected representatives, and they immediately emerged as new higher trade unions,
freely without party kuratela. I was in these new structures as the first elected
representative of the CSAV and then of the Enterprise of the Ulysses of Kladno.
Unfortunately, our closure has sparked the panic of the leaders of this movement. They
gave up everything and betrayed us in the interrogations. Those who are a little
interested in the Workers' Movement know that this is a fairly common story from its
beginnings (otherwise, I recommend to everybody a beautiful film by director Monicelli It
happened in Turin ).

I went to court (which was only in 1972) as a "representative of the socialist and
democratic opposition", but unfortunately someone nobody recognized my representative,
which may be related to the fact that the socialist idea had faded away from the
anti-Muslim opposition. I came out of crime after six seasons just prior to the
announcement of Charter 77, I was just one of the first signers, but I did not take part
in the text. I considered him to be nothing. Then I tried to extend it to social rights,
but I was not successful. After all, my almost complete isolation among charisma and the
failure of most of my impulses led me to realize that I can not do anything at home, and
therefore to a happy decision that I had vigorously defended since 1968 - to emigrate. So,
on another arrest in May 1979,

Then I was not surprised to wonder about those miracles of the West! When I was able to
speak with the left-wing workers in the UK, I pointed out to them that the unscrupulous
trampling of the Western Socialists and their hesitancy to stand up to the Kremlin or
"dissent" would lead to the victory of the CIA-sponsored dissent so that the Western
Socialists , Which they recognized in the 19th century: Russia will be the backbone of the
reaction and the enemy of Europe's social progress; This time, however, anti-social
regimes will be introduced in all of Soviet Europe! "An interesting idea," said the then
famous left-wing deputy, amazed, I do not know what his name was. And I, one year after
arriving in the West and exploring all possible ideological environments, sent a letter to
the home dissidents with a message, That the only real ally for the authentic Czechoslovak
freedom movement is radical Socialists in the West. Fortunately, that letter was preserved
for history. It is certain that this attitude led me to my complete isolation from
emigration-dependent domestic dissent and her foreign protectors.

What did you mean by radical Socialists?

They were the former Young Socialists from Westphalia, comrades, with whom I have been
working together to this day. (A few years ago I brokered a lecture with them in Ostrava
Left Club.) I myself joined Germany in 1980 in the exiled Czechoslovak Social Democracy
and became even a member of its Central Committee. This allowed me to see things a little
closer, so shortly afterwards, in the open letter, I called this party as an instrument of
foreign interest and that is why I stepped out of it. Since then, I have not been and will
no longer be a member of any party. I work in the International Workers' Agreement, where
I work with, among other things, Trotskyists, Anarcho-Syndicists, Russian Newcomers and
other socialist radicals. But I do not accept any membership and no binding ideology myself.

This is the old pain between me and most of the socialists (I do not mean members of the
parties who are fraudulently called "socialist", but real socialists): the problem among
us is not one or the other modern trend, but the unfortunate pseudo-religion of many
socialists and, The cause of all the defeats of the workers' movement, Karl Marx and his
historical machinery.

With more than 3,200 dead in the Mediterranean in 2017, and many thousands of prisoners in
the various detention centers at the border and in the territory of Europe, it is clear
that the war against immigrants is raging with the same intensity and lost by the screens
Channels. The Greek government has already announced the intensification of its attacks
with new pre-entry, closed-type detention centers to build on the islands as well as with
the violent suppression of any protests by immigrants and solidarity as well as these
infrastructures. ---- Lesvos continues to be the main point of arrival of immigrants from
the Turkish coast. It may be significantly less than the previous two years, but 3917
immigrants had reached Lesbos in 2017, until August 2[1]. Contrary to the prevailing
racist rhetoric about "economic migrants," over 60% come from the warring regions of the
Middle East and Afghanistan, with about a third of them being children. In the last month,
it has been observed that other islands will not be used as entry points, such as Chios
and Kos, but the networks will direct the overwhelming majority of immigrants to the
crossing of Lesvos.

This treaty is increasingly fueling contradictions in the local community. With much of
the local economy, In particular the city of Mytilene, to be directly dependent on the
implementation of anti-immigration policies, and another to try to designate this treaty
as a point of devaluation of other disciplines. This creates a conflict of interest with
each party using all its influences to exert political pressure. However, since none of
these parties contradicts the very essence of anti-immigration policies themselves, the
question remains how they will continue to reproduce at the lowest possible cost.

The Situation at the Moria Detention Center

For a long time, local and also imported police forces have undertaken, intimidating the
immigrants, to prevent their presence in the city center, especially in the evening.
Extensive patrols with constant checks, adulterations and beatings have greatly changed
the image of the city center. Immigrants were mostly forced to withdraw from Moria
detention center and Kara Tepe municipal camp and move to the city for the most necessary.

From the Moria detention center, after the interventions that took place in the spring by
increasing its capacity, most of the scenes were removed, and the immigrants were either
taken to other places or found shelter in the containers that were placed. In the
detention center of Moria continue to be held the newly arrived immigrants, those who do
not recognize them "vulnerability", unaccompanied minors who have not been transferred to
one of the hostels, As well as the detainees of the co-located Pre-Deportation Center for
Aliens Detention (PROKEKA). According to their complaints, detention conditions remain
very bad. Police violence and arbitrariness are a status, and there are constant
complaints about the meals offered as well as the cleanliness of the center where more
than 3,000 people are forced and resided. Among them, as evidenced by the latest Human
Rights Watch[2]reports and the Médecins Sans Frontières[3]that have access to the site,
there are many unaccompanied minors and other vulnerable groups without any kind of
protection. In addition, from May 2017, Even in cases recognized by the "vulnerability"
recording stage, they are forced to remain on the island until the first interview stage
rather than allowing them to go to Athens as they did in the past.

Significant problems are also identified in the provision of medical assistance within the
detention center. Since the end of May, when the ministry contract ended with the World
Doctors of the World, pending the assumption of the service by the HCDCP, the medical
support of the center-left migrants has been undertaken by ERCI NGOs and the Greek Red
Cross with fewer staff.

Above all, however, the greatest frustration for migrants comes from the very slow
procedures for examining asylum claims and the massive negative responses that are issued.
This should in fact add to the lack of legal support that most people receive. After the
termination of the contract, a known NGO with the UNHCR, for the planned benefits, the
legal advisers remaining in the center are few to meet the needs. As a result, most
migrants are not adequately informed of their rights as regards asylum procedures or, even
worse, against appeals against rejection decisions and are exposed to the punitive
procedures provided for in the legal framework.

The long wait, as many have surpassed a year of caging on the island, uncertainty about
what to follow, and psychological, physical and economic exhaustion, create a suffocating
situation. The condition of the center is not at all safe for most immigrants. The center
is strongly showing signs of ghettoisation, with victims always the weakest.

Organization and resistances of immigrants

In these situations are various attempts of immigrants to organize and resist the treaty
imposed on them. The wards of the detention center are primarily divided according to the
place of origin and the spoken language, enhancing the sense of micro-communities within
it. Since winter, almost all communities have chosen the so-called "Community Leaders",
with powers to act as mediators between their community and authorities.

There is no lack of tension among the communities, In addition to pre-existing ethnic
differences, the choice of authorities to give priority to examining asylum applications
to people from areas with a higher probability of granting protection creates a feeling of
competition amongst themselves.

Within this reality and against state extortion and repression, there are not only a few
times when immigrant groups are resisting. Most protests are addressed by asylum services
and specific NGOs serving as service minions. Exclusions of offices, damage to equipment
and micro-exits are the most common forms of protest. In requests focusing mainly on
improving the conditions of stay in the detention center, The speeding up of asylum claims
and anti-expulsion expulsions in Turkey, the authorities are responding with more and more
violence. The culmination of such a form of repression was the events between 17 and 27
July. In the protests of July 18, the police forces on the island responded with even more
violence and blind arrests[4]. The result was the wounding of dozens of immigrants and the
arrest and referral of 35 immigrants to trial with heavy persecution. A few days later
(27/07), the police forces, assisted by additional staff arriving on the island from
Athens and Thessaloniki, proceeded to a "broom" operation inside the center, with
tortures, adulteries and arrests. As a result, many immigrants were terrified of
abandoning the detention center, Seeking accommodation in more secure places, while those
who were forced to stay in fear of similar treatment.

In the last month, another hunger strike is taking place. The strike launched on 29 June
was attended by Harash and Amir Hampay, Hussein Kozhin and Bahrooz Arash. A. Hampay, and
H. Kozhin and B. Arash were incarcerated in Moria's pre-congress center, as their asylum
applications were also rejected at second instance. Although they have appealed to the
administrative courts against these decisions, the authorities still have them
incarcerated for many months. Indeed, Amir Hampay had attempted to expel him while their
appeal was pending. Along with the three above mentioned, Harash Hampay has been hungry
strike since June 30 in the central square of Mytilene as a sign of solidarity and trying
to break the invisibility veil created by the isolation of Moria for the struggle of his
comrades. However, his presence in a public space has exposed him to constant harassment
by local authorities, as well as threats from local fascists. A first positive result was
the decision to lift Amir Hampay's detention on 21/07. H. Kozhin and B. Arash left the
strike on 01/08, as they had a serious impact on their health and after assurances and
promises they received, as the procedures for lifting their detention would go on soon.
However, Harash Hampay, decided to continue the strike, Until their final release.

At the same time, during the last one month, a meeting between immigrants and soldiers has
been organized for LGBTQI + individuals. The assembly emerged as a consequence of the
daily threats, beatings and violations that receive community members in Moria detention
center and within the city. Within the conditions of impoverishment of anti-immigration
policies, patriarchal, sexist stereotypes are manifested in their most violent form. The
main objectives of the meeting are the strengthening of its members, as well as the
recognition of the risk of the situation experienced by the competent authorities. They
have already addressed the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, In order not to impose
administrative restrictions on their stay in the island and the detention center of Moria,
and to be able to stay in secure guest houses or apartments outside the island.

Last week at the Volkswagen Automobile Factory in OZZ, the Employee Initiative established
a factory organization. At the same time, three people were released, one disciplined. The
reason for the layoffs were the Facebook postings about the need to set up a union in the
face of deteriorating working conditions. Officially, the company considered it a
violation of the group's personal interests. In fact, the idea was not to create an
organization that would actually represent the interests of the crew. Until now the
monopoly was owned by NSZZ "Solidarnosc". ---- Ultimately, due to the determination of
employees at Volkswagen, a new trade union commission was created, but the three involved
in it still remain unemployed. Their release is nothing but repression for trying to
organize themselves in the fight for a better quality of life for all factory workers.

Recently, a 17th change was made to the factory on Saturdays, and another 18th change is
planned, which will include Sundays (there were three changes on weekdays, 3x5 plus one
change on Saturday). Changes were agreed by the Solidarity union, which had been operating
in the company, which was met with indignation in part of the crew. This union, which
claims to fight Sunday employment (eg trade), is unquestionably resigned to the dictates
of the Volkswagen board, accepting the night shift from Saturday to Sunday.

Meanwhile, in the Volkswagen factory in Slovakia 70% of the crew went on strike demanding
higher wages. After 6 days of strike the company agreed to a 13.5% hike and a 500 euro
one-off payment. The employees of Poznan's factories also do not want to look at
themselves idle as the company upswing workers screw, salaries leaving on unsatisfactory
level. The Volkswagen crew announces that followers of Slovakia will be fighting for
better wages and working conditions and for people who are not afraid to fight for their
rights.

Today, under the Volkswagen's foundry at the Wildee, a press conference was held with the
redundant employees and disclosed activists of the new commission. There were also
leaflets informing about the appointment of a new organization and the situation at the
plant. Leaflets also took place in Antoninka. More information is planned, in Swarzedz and
in Wrzesnia.

If you want to join the Intercommunal Commission of OZZ IP at Volkswagen Poznan or have

Contents of a leaflet addressed to The Volkswagen employees

life of a serial employee in Volkswagen is not a holiday. The work is heavy and
monotonous, executives are forced to overtime, agency contracts are extended for years,
wages are too low, To enjoy life, pay for overtime paid with a year's delay ... We all
have Solidarity. A relationship that holds a management board. Its activists are not
visible in the production halls as they hide in the offices. It is hard to count on their
help even in case of everyday problems. Solidarity recently agreed to an additional 18
change. She did it without asking the staff. If Solidarity does not represent the will of
employees, what does it do in this establishment?

At the same time, Volkswagen released a trojan from our Antoninka colleagues. The official
reason was their Facebook postings. However, we all know that it's about having a
relationship that will represent the interests of the employees rather than the boss. In
response to the unlawful release of our colleagues and the inactivity of Solidarity on
August 6, we established the Volkswagen Intercompany Commission of Employees in the
Workers' Initiative.

In the new relationship: - we are independent from management, we do not want jobs or
business cars in exchange for good relations with managers,

- fight for better wages and working conditions for all workers (employed directly and
through agencies),

- in our organization, each employee has Equal voice, we are fighting for an improvement
in the lives of all of us, not the union bureaucracy.

If you are tired of squeezing the last sweats for dog money, corrupt unionists, arrogant
bosses and do not want a shifting system, join the Workforce Initiative. IP associates
permanent and temporary employees, Belonging to other trade unions as well as
non-affiliated ones, working in Antoninka, Wrzesnia, Swarzedz and Odlewnia.

We do not have a chance with the board, but when we're together, our strength is increasing.

"the south of bolívar is a region of a unique cultural and environmental richness, of a
meeting point halfway through the energetic course of the Magdalena River from the Andes
to the Atlantic. It comes to him combining all forms of transport imaginable in the
Colombian Rural: buses, motorcycles, cars, boats, beasts and "Voleando leg", as you say.
At this point on the map, the worlds paisa, coastal and santandereano are crossed, with
their traditional dialects, flavours and mannerisms. Its chaotic geography sees the
Magdalena River in swamps, arms that roam lomas and jungles. In this amphibious world,
where land and water cannot be completely separated, it stands, imposing, the serranía de
San Lucas, one of the sites with the greatest biodiversity in the country. In the midst of
all that diversity of exotic and fantastic creatures, there are also human beings, humble
and amazing at the same time, who have come to this territory to exploit their mineral
resources, but they have made it a place of passage, in a place The one they call home.

The process in which these communities have turned their territory into the vital space in
which they reproduce a way of being in the world has not been free from conflict, violence
and resistance. Rather, these three processes have been the axis of the territorial
construction process in south bolívar. While each region has its particularities,
dispossession and looting are constant in all areas of conflict in Colombia. The Dynamics
of violence and colonization, resistance and dispossession, of militarization and
paramilitarization, are surprisingly similar to those of other territories. We can say
that, to a large extent, the history of the south of bolívar is the history of Colombia.
However, at the same time the history of the south of bolívar is very particular. The
Strategic importance of south bolívar, as well as the economic and social dynamics of the
region, gives it very particular nuances that print this process a unique character, which
we try to uncover with a protagonist in this story."
