Allegany County prepares to increase tire disposal fees

This resolution will be acted on when the Legislature meets Monday, August 14.

AMENDMENT OF RESOLUTION NO. 101-2006 ESTABLISHING SOLID WASTE TIRE DISPOSAL FEES FOR YEAR 2018

WHEREAS,  by Resolution No. 101-2006, the County established solid waste tire disposal fees, and

WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the fees as set forth in Resolution No. 101-2006 to provide for an increase in user fees, now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED:

1.That the user fees for the disposal of tires in paragraph 1. of Resolution No. 101-2006, is amended to read as follows:
