Wellsville Police Blotter

Wellsville Police arrested John F. Conklin, age 49 of Wellsville and Donald W. Schultz, age 46 of Almond, following an incident on North Main Street.  Conklin was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Open Container Violation.  Schultz was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.  Conklin and Schultz were processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Judge O’Connor.  Conklin and Schultz were both committed to the Allegany County Jail on $250.00 cash or $500.00 property bond each.  Conklin and Shultz are due back in Wellsville Village Court on July 18th at 4:30 p.m.
