Couple of items to post:





USA Track & Field officially announced the team that will compete in the IAAF World Track & Field Championships that begin on Friday August 4th in London, United Kingdom.



Three men with Washington ties are on Team USA, including former Renton resident Devon Allen (110 hurdles), former Emerald Ridge HS standout and reigning 10000 meter champion Hassan Mead; and
