Shinglehouse man remains jailed on felony, other counts

PA State Police just issued this media release today. The incident occurred July 4th. John Cyran, 66, of Shinglehouse, remains in the Potter County Jail on $25,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is set for August 1st.
