Territory Stock Audit Lead
The role
The purpose of this role is: The purpose of this position is to manage the accuracy and integrity of the inventory in the warehouse
Key performance areas
- Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records
- Runs and maintains and audit the cycle count program
- Audit trail investigation into stock related issues
- LPS support
- Investigate NIL picks
- Coordinate the relocation and organising of products in the warehouse to improve quality and efficiency
- Frozen Stock Investigation and resolution
- Managing stock take audit execution
- Stock count communication and recommendation reports
- Identify stock variances and report to finance and sales area management.
- Verify and managing the integrity of bin locations
- Run reports for goods in transit; stock on hand, OSMI stock.
- Manage the return of OSMI to be scrapped and redistribution of slow moving stock
Your profile
- Diploma/Degree in relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Inventory Auditing in Warehousing/Distribution
- Prior exposure to Aurora, DI essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Exposure to (Sandvik) EHS management systems an advantage
- Advanced Excel proficiency
