Necessary Qualifications
1. University Degree in Economics, Political Sciences, or Public Administration with relevant qualifications in reporting, monitoring and evaluation of policies/programs;
2. At least 8 years of experience in conducting socio-economic assessments, capacity needs assessments especially at local level, and preferably in the targeted regions;
3. Demonstrated knowledge of local governance policies on self-employment and entrepreneurship encouragement;
4. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with people of different national, cultural and professional backgrounds, while maintaining impartiality and objectivity;
5. Computer skills, in particular applications of the MS Office package and internet search;
6. Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Albanian.
