Job Title: Assistant Registrar – Human Resources

Qualifications & Experience:
- Full grade twelve certificate
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any related fields.
- Certification by relevant bodies
- Minimum 3 years recent relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of Zambian employment legislation
- Knowledge of computerized Human Resource systems
- Experience in handling disciplinary investigations, hearings, appeals and grievances

Job Title: Resident Engineer
Location: Monze
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

Duties:
The Resident Engineer oversees maintenance, repair, and security of Rusangu University’s mechanical, electrical, heating/air conditioning systems, and plumbing facilities.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master of Science degree in Nursing, a PhD preferred and a valid nursing license for Zambia

Qualifications & Experience:
- Full grade 12 certificate
- Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities, Social Sciences or any other related field
- 2 to 3 years of work experience in similar position in an academic environment
Job Title: Clinical Instructors
Location: Lusaka (1), Kitwe (1)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a valid RN license for Zambia with at least three years of bedside nursing experience
Duties
- Liaises with lecturers regarding skills the students are required to learn
- Supervises, instructs, and evaluates students in the skill’s laboratory.
- Plans and conducts student conferences; demonstrates nursing skills and procedures.
- Supervises the operation of audio-visual films, materials, and equipment; prepares clinical/lab equipment for demonstrations and lectures;
- Orders necessary supplies and equipment; performs related duties as assigned.
- Performs clinical instructions, and demonstrations; observes return demonstration from students.
- Collaborates with colleagues to revise and evaluate course content and teaching issues may also be included.
Job Title: Head – Internal Auditor (1)
Location: Monze
- ACCA/CIMA/ZICA or equivalent (other professional qualifications i.e. ; MBA is an added advantage)
- ZICA Professional membership
- Five years experience in a senior management/accounting position, preferably in an Auditing position.
