GRESHAM, Oregon—While he didn’t use the strategy of hanging back and making a mad dash to the front at the end, Drew Windle (above/photo by Howard Lao) of the Brooks Beasts, competing for the host Portland Pulse, ran to victory in the second stop of the TrackTown Summer Series meet at Mt. Hood Community College on sunny Sunday afternoon in the Portland suburb.
