Please be aware that the Arms Plot Move and resulting changeover of DIO Helpdesk staff has resulted in a temporary revision of the DIO Helpdesk opening hours.
As of Monday 10 July 17 the revised Helpdesk opening hours will be Mon - Fri: 0730 until 1500hrs, closed Sat & Sun. Please do not call the helpdesk after 1500hrs Mon - Fri as the call will not be answered.
Emergency calls only can be reported outside of these hours, at weekends or during leave periods by calling the relevant Duty Officer:

· 1 RGR Duty Officer: 873 6236
These temporary changes are required to enable continuation of internal DIO processes and to ensure a quality service for our customers. DIO(B) apologies for any inconvenience caused and normal opening hours are expected to resume mid-August.
