The National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) is a statutory body established under the Act of Parliament No. 15 of 1998. NIPA now seeks the services of highly motivated individuals to join its team of skilled professionals.

DRIVER/MECHANIC
Job Purpose:
To drive and maintain Institute motor vehicles, ensure the safety of passengers and the vehicle in order to facilitate mobility of officers.
FOREMAN MAINTENANCE
Job Purpose:
Responsible for maintenance of facilities at the information and conference centre to ensure continuity of operations.
SENIOR FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT
Job Purpose:
To maintain and provide accurate, reliable and relevant financial information to managment information and ensure accountability, transparency in the utilisation of financial resources to ensure that all transactions appearing in the bank statements and cashbook occured and have been authorized by the the Institute.
SENIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR
Job Purpose:
To provide a risk based independent, objective, assurance and consulting service to the Institute in order to ensure that assets are safeguarded by monitoring compliance with statutory procedural standards.
SENIOR PROCUREMENT OFFICER
Job Purpose:
Responsible for ensuring that institute services and contracts are procured in a manner that assures compliance, meets reporting standards and value for money.
SUB LIBRARIAN
Job Purpose
To ensure and provide an efficient and effective library system so as to upgrade and maintain the availability of the necessary reference materials and other resources.
SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Job Purpose
Respontible for creating, maintaining auditing and improving systems in order to develop solutions that meet the institution’s mission. This includes design, installation, implementation and support of Institution’s software application.
COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER
Job Purpose:
To assist the Manager communications in developing communication messages, managing the public relations, in order to promote the image of the Institute as a provider of high quality training, research and consultancy services.
PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT – MARKETING
Job Purpose:
To provide and offer quality consultancy in marketing to the Institute and its clients, The Principal Consultant, Marketing undertakes marketing research and consultancy in order provide viable business solutions to the Institute and its clients.
PRINCIPAL LECTURER – ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Purpose of the Job
To design, deliver and facilitate Accounting and Finance training programmef in order to impart relevant knowledge and skills required by the client for improved performance.
PRINCIPAL LECTURER – INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY
Job Purpose:
To plan, design and deliver quality consultancy and training in Informacjon Communication Technology (ICT) courses to various categories of students in order to help them fully participate in both national and personal development.
Lecturer – Legal Studies (1)
Job Purpose:
To plan, design, deliver, Coordinate and evaluate law programmes in order to impart relevant knowledge and skills required by the clients for their improved performance and relevance in the industry.
Principal Lecturer – Legal Studies (1)
Job Purpose:
To plan, design, deliver, coordiinate and evaluate law programmes in order to impart relevant knowledge and skills for the enhancement of individual and organization development.
HEAD OF LEGAL STUDIES (1)
Job Purpose:
To provide leadership and direction in planning, designing and coordinating training, research and consultancy in law in order to achieve NIPA’s Mission.
