Christoforidis. Topalidis, employers of the Private Clinic "New Athenaeum" ---- H former
private clinic "NEW ATHINAION" in Pangrati were interests of Michael Christoforidis
vascular surgeon, and anesthesiologist Ioannis Topalidis. Clinical ¨ bankruptcy in 2016,
on request, the Commercial Director, Istanbul / mind Giotopoulos and personnel officer Kon
/ mind Diakoumi. The company employed approximately 150 employees, was founded in June
2003 by the group «EUROMEDICA», held 35% of the share capital.
Shareholder not to the group «EUROMEDICA" is the company «Axon Holdings' owned by
businessman Thomas Liakounakos, who is in custody in case of payment starter € 1.6 mil.
Euro to Akis Tsochatzopoulos and John Sbokos from offshore company allegedly belongs.
Despite its sale in the next clinic owners remain "connected person" to the group
"EUROMEDICA". The last transaction took place in 2007.
The employer started the delays in payment of salaries since the beginning of 2011.
Initially for a month and then in the months to add one over the other, thus, should be
accrued by 6 to 17 months in most of them and the "against" to dominate instead of
compulsory payment of payroll. Throughout this period, employees "get enough" with big
words and promises to restore their payroll. A tactic that led the employer to gain time,
substantially overestimating the amount owed wages and permanent excuse to delay
repayments by EOPYY. At the same time transferred from the funds of the clinic in personal
accounts, amounts in excess of 2 million euros.
Note that the company made attempts to join articles of the Bankruptcy Code (99, 106b), a
known tactic that some companies follow in order to escape the dozens of creditors
(suppliers) and employees when they have accumulated huge debts to them. However, the
inclusion of Article 99 was not reached because never had the conditions for affiliation
to the relevant regulation (eg payment guarantee), or the administrative act of acceptance
and inclusion of a regulatory regime issued.
The company "EVROTHERAPEIA ATHINAION SA", which owns the "NEW ATHINAION" EBRD is involved
in the scandal. Received medical expenses, without the required by law attaching the tax
and social security clearance and without be offset by massive debts that had to be
reimbursed.
However, it seems the big losers would once employees of the clinic who lose their accrued
since the mnimoniakoi mechanisms in partnership with the government pave the way for
employers promiscuity.
The vulgar attitude of the mechanisms of labor ministry demonstrates the actual role of
state institutions in relation to the interests of workers, while highlights the quagmire
of labor demands that are restricted to trade union legitimacy and reconciliation through
institutional channels.
In addition, the clinic operated as laundry workers 'resignations' old workers with
new-intake petsokommena rights. Despite the fear and frustration that prevailed, a handful
of workers raised their heads and collectively they claimed accrued breaking fragmentation
within employees. Some of them even have achieved and judicial condemnation of employers
to pay accrued.
Today, employers, in tandem with the backs of the state, fine, continue their life,
leaving workers trying to claim their earned back from bankruptcy, uncertain whether to
take them, according to the new provisions state. The former Christoforidis Michael,
collaborates with the Central Clinic, which provides immunity without bothering about
whether he left workers in poverty and unemployment ,. Moreover, a private clinic, for the
Vas. 37 (a region, the more expensive in Athens). And he, Topalidis Ioannis, cooperates
with the Athens Medical Center in Psychiko. All with the full support of the state.
Unpaid workers and unpaid workers of the clinic "New Athenaeum" will not become observers
theft of their accrued for them anyway well the SYRIZA-ANEL government and any government
with the bosses, the Troika and the robbers of our class. They will not sacrifice the
life, dignity and their class consciousness to rise even further the already out stripped
the pockets.
The total attack that receive can be answered and overturned on the basis of the
connection of class - social struggles.
In our hands, to block and block its scheduled moods and political choices. The priority
is our life, our dignity and not the profits of the bosses and banks.
Armed with determination and perseverance will fight everyone / s together to overturn the

Sunday is the sign of protest against repression. Turkey is not closer to the EU, the EU
is approaching Turkey. ---- * The Diary Referendum read comments Petra Jedlicky, in which,
among other things. Aptly writes: "The thesis that if there was no violence, would have
written more about the meaning of the protests, applies only in theory. In fact, it says
little about either sense of protests and a lot of disturbances or released only a few
telegraphic messages on the bare fact that the protest without violence. " ---- * Summit
in Hamburg came to about 200 million euros. ---- * After Saturday's demonstration ( VIDEO
) occupied the police district Schanzenviertel, where last night was the biggest unrest.
Police commandos were catching individuals were again deployed militarized cops with
automatic rifles. In other neighborhoods they were attacked violently behaved people
groups, police and water cannons ( VIDEO ). After their rampage still many wounded. There
were extensive perlustracím and prized passers. Cops also rallied Rote Flora squat at
night water cannons attacked the people in the neighborhood. Apparently, it is nothing
more than a demonstration of police forces. The answer is chanting "Nazi-police away from
Hamburg" and "We are calm and you?" Why not to break someone's nose with his fist when
it's Mayor and Chancellor described as "an excellent job".
* The head of police operations in Saturday night devised letting individually check each
passenger and make a special train in which the demonstrators back towards the south of
Germany and then to Switzerland. After the intervention of the legal team, however, the
cops finally gave up absolute control of passengers. Those chanting anti-capitalist
slogans boarded. The cops were able to add yet another "success" - delayed trains.
* Also underway massive checks on the roads of Hamburg.
* Violence by the police complained about the tourists, who were attacked while drinking
in the streets of Hamburg.
* On Sunday afternoon was attended by several hundred people held demonstrations against
repression and for the release of detained protesters. About a hundred of them are still
held in a special facility in Hamburg-Harburg. Even here he demonstrates. Again there
provocations by the cops, which is present inadequately huge amount. Echoes criticism of
the disastrous conditions in the detention center.
* In the streets of Hamburg, hundreds of people were involved in cleaning.
* Who is angry because of the Hamburg police, or perhaps naively think that it was the
excesses of individuals, crying up the wrong tree. The police as an institution founded in
the early 19th century, precisely from the need to dispose of discontent and mass action
to take control of the streets, which were non-privileged space of interaction. More about
it you can read in the article "The Origins of the police" in the spring issue of the

A couple of weeks ago, a new organisation calling itself the Football Lads' Alliance (FLA)
took to the streets of London in protest against extremism and terrorism. Various
estimates put the number of marchers at between 5,000 and 10,000. In typical fashion
almost the entire left is already describing this movement as far-right, racist and
fascist, in spite of the assurances of the organisers that they eschew racism and do not
want to follow the same path as the EDL. There have also been absurd criticisms from the
left that the march was only for ‘straight white men' and is not ‘diverse' enough in terms
of involving women and people of colour, again in spite of the fact that there were people
of different ethnicities apparent on the march and that the organisers have expressed a
desire to set up a Families Against Extremism organisation to campaign alongside the FLA.
It is also worth noting that there were no racist incidents recorded by police on the day.
We have no pronouncement to make on the FLA; it is a case of ‘wait and see' what develops
from this new initiative. What we can say is that the FLA is a predominantly working class
organisation and for us no section of the working class is ‘out of bounds'.
We reproduce here a piece by former Red Action and AFA member Liam O who penned the
following in reply to those on the left-wing Urban 75 forum that have already written off
the FLA as being racist and ‘Islamophobic'...
Red Action - and indeed AFA - would never have come into being without 'football lads'.
Of the originals, Mickey & Joe were leading Cockney Reds back in the heyday of mass
football hooliganism (the late 70's). They brought many fighters with them. Most of the
Manchester Squad were football hoolies/fighters. Jay was Chelsea. All the Welwyn lads were
West Ham/ICF.
Later (in what could be descibed as the 'Casual' era) we had people who had been involved
in football hooliganism with Man Utd, Celtic, West Ham, Spurs, Arsenal, QPR, Man City,
Millwall, Liverpool, Everton, Cardiff, Villa, Sunderland, Hibs and many more.
Quite a few had flirted with the far-right. Some had been members of the NF and BM.
Often these comrades brought people with them who were only starting on their political
journey. To us they were diamonds in the rough. Most of the left regarded them with
horror. Yes they were more than a bit macho. Yes they could hold old-fashioned/right-wing
views on all kinds of things. Yes they used the language of the time, language that these
days would be instantly denounced as sexist, homophobic and even racist - and was all of
those to us even back then. Yes, some of them were crazy bastards, but they were our crazy
bastards
But they were all, at heart, anti-Fascist. And they were consistently prepared to put
their physical safety and their liberty on the line. And we were damned glad to have them.
Over a period of time - and exposure to political debate and discussion - most of them
developed politically or went their own way. Allowances would regularly have to be made
for newer comrades. Very few arrived 'fully-formed'. There was very little finger-wagging
(from us anyway), virtually no lecturing. Mostly a quiet word over a pint and loads of
piss-taking - osmosis even.
If you are in regular contact with people you know and trust and enjoy being with, but
your choice of language and behaviour is problematic then eventually you either
change/develop or you fuck off.
Much of AFA's strategy was based on doing the hard yards - of actually engaging with and
winning over the potential recruits of the racists and the far-Right. Nearly all the
liberal/traditional Left's work and propaganda was aimed fairly and squarely at the victims.
The left always looked at football hoolies and football firms as the enemy, beyond the pale.
It was a mistake then.
It is a mistake now.

In Hamburg on Saturday, hours after masked rioters clashed with police, burned cars and
looted businesses. ---- Marching on a route close to where some of the worst violence
unfolded overnight, protesters chanted, sang, danced and played music as world leaders
wrapped up their two-day summit in the German port city. ---- An eclectic crowd of
families pushing baby carriages, Kurdish groups, Scottish socialists and anarchists waving
flags and shouting anti-capitalist slogans progressed through the city accompanied by
thousands of police officers. ---- Protesters stay between fires on a street during a

after riots on the sidelines of the G-20 summit in Hamburg, northern Germany, Friday
evening, July 7, 2017. (Bodo Marks/dpa via AP)
Despite the mayhem late Friday and early Saturday, many officers patrolling the march
removed their helmets and appeared relaxed as the huge crowds passed by. Organizers said
some 78,000 demonstrators participated, while police estimated the crowds at 30,000.
The big gathering came after aggressive riots overnight in the city's Schanzenviertel
neighborhood, which is only a few hundred meters (yards) away from the summit grounds.
Hundreds of special riot police went into buildings to arrest rioters wearing black masks
from rooftops while being attacked with iron rods and Molotov cocktails. About 500 people
looted a supermarket in the neighborhood as well as smaller stores. Cars were torched and
street fires lit as activists built barricades with garbage cans and bikes.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel expressed shock and anger about "violence and uninhibited
brutality" that broke out in Hamburg.
"There is not the slightest justification for looting, arson and brutal attacks on the
life of police officers," Merkel said, adding that the security forces did "excellent work
and thanking them on behalf of all the summit participants.
A few thousand rioters, some of them from elsewhere in Europe, created havoc in the city.
They battled riot police for two consecutive days and nights, expressing rage against
capitalism and globalization and calling for open borders to let all refugees enter Europe.
Their anger was not so much focused against President Donald Trump or other leaders, but
directed against police as symbols of authority.
Police arrested 143 people, and 122 activists were temporarily detained. Some 213 officers
were injured since the protests started Thursday night. Police and firefighters said they
did not have information about how many protesters and other civilians were hurt.
Hamburg, Germany's second-largest city, has a strong radical left scene and many critics
had warned well before the summit that its dense streets would be almost impossible to
control and clashes would be likely.
But, German Interior Minister Thomas de Maiziere said, "any criticism of the location of
the meeting misjudges cause and effect."
"These were unbounded violent excesses out of a desire for destruction and brutality," de
Maiziere said. He added that police and judicial authorities must take a tough stance
against such crimes and that the arrests were appropriate.
Merkel also defended the choice of Hamburg as venue for the summit, saying a big city was
needed to accommodate all the participants at hotels. She said she and her finance
minister would consult with Hamburg's city government how they can help people affected by
the violence repair the damage.
Many residents, however, showed frustration with the violence and destruction unleashed in
their neighborhood.
Laura Zeriadtke watched the full-scale clashes unfold from her street-level apartment
window and witnessed about 30 black-clad anarchists tearing down a construction fence
across from her home and using it as a shield to push back riot police.
"It was a civil war," Zeriadtke said.
Ludwig Geiss, a 65-year-old long-time resident living in the same building as Zeriadtke,
said that he'd gotten used to the many protests in the alternative neighborhood, but had
never experienced anything like the G-20 chaos.
"I know the scene, but what happened yesterday ... puts it all in the shadows," Geiss said
as he was evaluating the damage outside his apartment. "I'm not staying here another night."
Police called on witnesses of the riots to upload photos and video footage on their server
to help with the investigation and prosecution of violent activists.
However, most protesters expressed their views peacefully, asking for quick action on
climate change and solutions to the migration crisis.
During the protest marches on Saturday afternoon, activists of the Attac group rolled a
giant globe along the road, while others carried signs with slogans such as , "Money For
Bread, Not Bombs" and "We are many, you are 20."
Kirsten Grieshaber contributed to this report from Berlin.

The dn. July 6-8 in Hamburg last of the G20 agenda. In opposition to them came out on the
streets, thousands of people protesting against the summit, which gathered politicians
managing global capitalism. The protest also take part, participants Poznan Anarchist
Federation and activists from other Polish cities. ---- G20 is a group of 20 leaders of
the world's richest countries, who meet once a year to discuss common financial policy -
that is, the division of the spoils and plans for further expansion of capitalism, and
with it the global exploitation and injustice. The organizers of the mobilization - a
coalition of anti-capitalist 'G20-welcome to hell "- in the position of inviting the
demonstrations emphasized that the G20 symbolizes, against which every day are organized
thousands of local initiatives in the world.
It is the violence of a cynical lie that the leaders of the G20, the World Bank, the
International Monetary Fund, the WTO serve peace, human rights, the fight against global
warming. These institutions are in fact manage the capitalist machine, which are an
inseparable part of the war, racism and nationalism, asset bubbles and economic crises and
the plunder of wealth distribution. Social costs of these disasters do not suffer those
who cause them Trump, Putin, Erdogan and the rest of the day debating in Hamburg politicians.
Demonstrations, blockades, przemarszom, happenings, wiecom accompanied by numerous
conferences, discussions and meetings about the organization in capitalism against him.
The protesters, however, in opposition to the "democratic opposition" are not looking for
alternatives that would save discredited economic model, but today express the ideas of
radical break with the exploitation and exclusion. Hamburg today is an expression of anger
and antagonism, which did not reassure any reform or half measures.
This is not the G20 showrooms, but and on its outskirts, and in the streets of Hamburg is
building a new world, where there is no place for discrimination on grounds of sex, sexual
orientation, skin color. Hamburg is an expression of a radical advocate for global freedom
of movement up against walls and closed borders. G20 contrary, wants to isolate ourselves
rich enclave of opening the borders is not for people, but circulating goods. Today in
Hamburg says that we need global alliances across national tozsamosciowymi, showing that
the more common are the employees and workers producing goods on the global market and
working in the logistics sector - as worker Amazon z Saran k. Orleans, Amazon, San
Fernando de Henares k . Madrid or Amazon from Sady k. Poznan. Contact between them is more
important than contact our "national" bosses, because only global class can endure the
wrath of hell, that build on the land of the leaders of the G20. Either we begin to
extinguish fires that cause, or to boil all.
