Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant out of the City of Jamestown, arrested an 18-year- old Jamestown youth. The youth was transported to Olean and turned over to the Jamestown Police Department. The youth was due to be arraigned in the City of Jamestown Court at a later date.
