This weekend, All Out marched with tens of thousands of people at the U.S. capital in the March for Equality.
It was an incredible display of resistance and resilience. We joined this massive crowd in a call for unprecedented solidarity – no matter your race or ethnicity, gender identity or sexual orientation, age or income, religion or immigration status; now is the time to come together.
When I took to the stage to address the crowd after the march, I called for a global #FightBack – for the victims in Chechnya and for the countless other LGBT people silenced or attacked by homophobic regimes around the world.
The response has been overwhelming. I've been hearing from people non-stop, asking me what they can do.
Right now, what we need most is your help fueling the #FightBack. With enough support, All Out will be able to jump into action with partners around the world whenever homophobes in power threaten their safety, dignity, or families.
We can show the world that we will not be intimidated by lies and hate. The LGBT community is powerful and strong. Love will win, if we stand together.
