Job Title:Regional Biogas and Solar Managers
Locations: Lusaka, Southern, Western, Central, Copperbelt, Northern, Luapula,Muchinga, Eastern, North- Western
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent BEZ at Regional level meeting with government officials and other stakeholders in order to foster collaborative relationships and to uphold a favorable image of BEZ in the Region.
- Develop required work plans and ensure implementation in compliance with BEZ rules and regulations.
- Produce monthly reports on program implementation
- Oversee the implementation of construction, installations, and promotional activities in line with BEZ project.
- Set clear and measurable objectives for the Region and monitor performance to ensure achievement of set targets.
- Oversee development of action plans aimed at achieving targets.
- Provide oversight to SMEs Regional level fleet utilization and maintenance.
SOLAR/ BIOGAS RENEWABLES ENGINEERS (10)
Locations: Luapula, Eastern, Copperbelt, Lusaka, Western, Northern, Luapula, Central, North- Western or Southern Provinces.
Summary:
This position will be responsible for the day to day operational management and analysis of Renewable Energy regional technical department which may include Solar, Biogas Wind or Energy Storage. Duties will include contract management, report writing, using and creating tools for the analysis of renewable energy facilities, tracking the efficiency of operated assets, manage improvements, management of subcontractors, vendors and facility problem solving and available for on call emergency response. Position may travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities and Experience
- Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies and procedures
- Ensure that accurate project accounting records are maintained and comply with donor requirements
- Prepare and ensure that all project management reports are accurate and balance to books of account
- Monitor monthly project expenditure against budget, identify variances and report thereon
- Prepare cash flow projections for projects and manage the cash flows accordingly
- Prepare project expenditure projections, as and when required
