JTI invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced people to fill the following vacant position in Zambia:
Human Resources Business Partner, Chipata (x1)
Position purpose:
Reporting to the Human Resources and Administration Manager, the Human Resources Business Partner will be:
Responsible for providing first line support to site management on all HR and Administration matters
Responsible for the leading and implementation of all talent management initiatives on the site. This includes training, learning and development, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, employer brand and talent sourcing
Responsible for the administration of the organization’s benefits programs, seasonal payroll management and serve as contact person for any Compensation and Benefits’ queries from the site
Responsible for the correct and timely management of all labour relations matters
Responsible for the preparation of annual and strategic plan information for the site
Responsible for maintenance of SAP HR, which includes ensuring the completeness of HR information in the system.
Education
A minimum of a Bachelor of Human Resources Management or related Social Sciences
Experience
3 to 5 years working in a similar position
Experience in a multinational with cross boarder reporting requirements would be an added advantage
Language & Computer Skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft office with advanced skills in Excel
SAP HR experience would be an advantage
Fluent written and Spoken English (Speak, Read & Write)
