Executive Assistant to the Vice Chancellor
Job Purpose
To manage the day-to-day activities of the office of the vice chancellor and demonstrate cross functional team work abilities and competencies in verbal and written communications.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 full certificate with 5 credits or better
- Bachelors Degree, Diploma or equivalent in office management or secretarial background will be an added advantage
- 3-5 years post qualification experience with minimum of 2-3 years experience as Executive Assistant or Personal Secretary
Administrative and Maintenance Officer
Job Purpose
Responsible for infrastructure development management of the university infrastructure so that operations on campus are efficient and effective.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Degree/Diploma in Civil /Mechanical Engineering and/or administration
- 3 – 5 years post qualifying experience with minimum of 2 years experience at managerial level
Librarian
Job Purpose
Supervise library activities, update and maintain inventory on all books and other library materials. Make decisions on standard library practices and procedures.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Degree in Library Studies or above
- 2 – 3 years post qualifying experience
Accountant
Job Purpose
To provide efficient and effective management accounting services, accurate tax returns, budgetary cost control and preparation of reports to management.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Degree in Accountancy/CIMA/ACCA
- Member of Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA)
- 3-5 years post qualification experience with minimum of 2 years experience at managerial level
