The traditional view is that there are two types of the matter (substances), namely: (1) non-living matter (sand, stones, minerals), and (2) living matter (bodies and tissues of living organisms).
Recently, an important innovation was made by a scientist, Dr. Sergei A. Ostroumov, Fulbright Award winner.
He identified a fundamentally new, a third type of the matter which is neither non-living matter, nor living matter.
