We are participating in the Anti University events from 10th-16th June - Teaching and
Learning As Direct Action, a direct action programme of self-organised radical learning
activities. On June 11th as part of these events we will be putting on a public meeting at
Conway Hall, Red Lion Square, WC1 (nearest tube Holborn) at 4pm, An Introduction To
Anarchist Communism. ---- www.facebook.com/events/1906677119577746/ ---- Later the same
day at the same venue at 7pm, London AF will be hosting the writer-activist Pieter
Gelderloos, who will be speaking about his new book Worshipping Power: An Anarchist View
of Early State Formation'.This book provides a history of state formation in Asia, the
Americas, Africa, and Europe, from Mesopotamia to the 20th century. Identifying different
models or paths of state formation, Worshiping Power lays the groundwork for an anarchist
theory of the origin of states, and in the process disputes common misconceptions stemming
from liberal, Marxist, primitivist, and environmental determinist theories of state
formation. Rather than treating state formation as a singular event, a Pandora's Box,
Worshiping Power analyzes state formation as a constant process, with religious,
militaristic, economic, and kinship-based motors. It is also a work in grassroots
scholarship, taking the study of the State out of academic institutions and into the
streets, showing how a historically grounded understanding of the nature of the State is
relevant to today's struggles against patriarchy, environmental devastation, racism, war,
and capitalism. There will be a talk by the author and Q&A session. Peter Gelderloos is
also the author of ‘Anarchy works' and ‘The failure of non-violence'. At White Building,
Queen's Yard, White Post Lan,e Hackney Wick, London E9 5EN

It is my conviction that killing under the cloak of war is nothing but an act of murder. -
Albert Einstein ---- O peace! how many wars were waged in thy name. - Alexander Pope ----
What happened. ---- In early May, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and
MP, Narendra Singh Tomar opened India's first Private manufacturing company of Arms. The
plant is a joint venture, under FDI, of Punj Lloyd and Israel Weapon Systems set up in
Malanpur, Bhind, M.P. The plant will produce arms already in in service - mostly used by
the paramilitary. ---- Madhya Pradesh has been a testing ground for lots of
"modernization" projects in recent times. For instance, Bhopal's Habibganj railway station
is nation's first railway station to be sold to a private entity to renovate and run. It
has been sold to Bhaskar Enterprise, which is also the state media giant.
What it means.
India stated its weapons modernization program after the 2008 Mumbai attacks. Similar
process of initiated after 1962 war with China. But unlike the last time, where modern
technology was brought and weapons produced by the state owned Indian Ordnance Factory,
this time the weapons are being produced by a newly formed private corporate venture. This
is an expected, yet, a major shift in India's economy and foreign relations. It's affects
are going to be fundamentally harmful to Indian society and to the world.
Private Producers
Weapons Industry is not like any other industry in many ways. One of the two most
important differences is that unlike other industries it doesn't necessarily need to
reduce cost. Therefore it could spend a lot of money - which is state subsidy - which is
tax payers money, without producing anything fruitful. It also tends to destroy
manufacturing industry (see: Military Spending and Industrial Decline by Anthony
DiFilippo). Mr. Bipin Rawat and also many think tanks are suggesting the military spending
for defense needs to increased. These would be laughable if they were not so immoral given
the reality of budget allocation for basic utilities and services in this country. All
these are very negative indicators.
Second important difference between Weapons Industry and other industries is that the
products it produces cannot be consumed. These are only the means of increasing the war
making capacity of the state. And the military-industrial (now Corporate) nexus are known
for there self perpetuating tendency - i.e creating the need to use its products - i.e.
killing individuals. It gives more and more justification to kill, which is making and
will continue to make this world an unsafe and un-peaceful place.
The militarization of society and governance is also an aspect that could worsen under the
new development. Military's new Joint Doctrine and the way it was formulated shows the
prominence Islamophobic rhetoric within military circles and how the army is undermining
the democratic process of doctrine formation. (EPW May 27 2017, Ali Ahmed).
Bhopal Peace and Eco-Justice Action Committee condemns the installation of plant and calls
for deescalation of arms manufacturing and purchasing by India.

The new book of the Invisible Committee testifies to a reflection in motion. It is not so
much the insurrection that comes but the happiness of missing it and trying again. A
poetics of the revolution that covers absolutely simplistic, a little arrogance and some
contradictions. ---- From a virtuoso and sharp pen (but reserved as usual for academics),
the authors of Now put a long time in this book their vision of a world where everything
would have imploded, dismissal becoming the final gesture, the revolutionary pichenette
that would sweep The ghostly ruins of capitalism. ---- This apocalyptic description
affects the whole of society and its institutions, including and largely those who think
to fight: organizations, militants and militants ... Even the riot, though glorified, is
questioned. The lack of nuance in the critical analysis of the really existing world
serves as a radicality to the detriment of the quality of the analysis.
Work
The end of work and of workers is announced between the disappearance of the workers'
bastions, the precariousness of the employees and the technological progress. In the
impulse, it is the collective struggles of the wage-earning system that become impossible
... The announcement of the death of the proletariat has that of practice that it avoids
asking the question of being, or not. A very slight and franco-centric analysis, leaving
aside the growth of the proletariat on the scale of the planet and neglecting the truth of
the figures: 80 % of employees in France are on permanent contracts . In a few scattered
lines the authors attack Marxism, but a few literary pirouettes are not enough to convince
us. From this point of view, we will expect a more serious work before letting us
convince ourselves that for Marxists capitalism would consist in " selling what is
produced ".
Deserting and dismissing work deprives the authors of the slightest reflection on the
reduction of working time socially necessary to the production of goods useful to needs,
opposing a Marxism that is reduced to a " how to produce ", a revolution that thinks the
" How to live ". How to produce remaining a blind point without answer. Hardly sketched,
an answer which, under post-modern words, brings back to the taste of the day what the
workers have always done:
The wig (that is, the use by the employee of time or tools to work personal work) ... The
end of the work makes it possible to refer ultimately the general strike to the ray of the
myths for the greatest satisfaction Shareholders whose capital is still not completely
fragmented. If there are some " sincere people " among them, the book massively
criticizes all those who organize themselves and any revolutionary organization. The
criticism is interesting because it just touches on many points.
But it is on the critique of Night Standing that analysis reveals its weakness. Standing
night is first praised as the exceptional experience of political reappropriation by the
individual, Before being reduced to a bureaucracy of the microphone and to the impotence
of the assembly. For us as libertarian communists, the assembly is at the basis of
self-organization, but it is also necessary that something social brings together the
assembled people: a place of work, a place of life, discrimination suffered together, A
precise struggle. A self-organization of society where the individual entering the
collective does not lose his autonomy but finds the effectiveness of the action by taking
the time necessary for the decisions shared.
And what applies to society also applies to the revolutionary organization we are
building. It is precisely because the individuals in the pile of Night standing were bound
by nothing that nothing could emerge from these endless assemblies.
After cleansing the complex question of democracy in the emancipation movement, the
Invisible Committee offers us an answer: the " vertical " spontaneity that comes from
the decision of individuals who will magically express " the intelligence of The
situation ". The destitution of democracy remains the blind spot of the talk and
practices of "autonomous" activists who substitute for the " Leninist "
authoritarianism of any collective structure the authority of their individuality without
convincing their legitimacy. By magic, " the intelligence of the situation ". The
destitution of democracy remains the blind spot of the talk and practices of the
"autonomous" activists who substitute for the " Leninist " authoritarianism of any
collective structure the authority of their individuality without convincing on their
legitimacy. By magic, " the intelligence of the situation ". The destitution of democracy
remains the blind spot of the talk and practices of "autonomous" activists who substitute
for the " Leninist " authoritarianism of any collective structure the authority of their
individuality without convincing their legitimacy.
The riot
Since a tag is more effective than all the critical literature of capital, the riot
remains at the strategic heart of the Invisible Committee, but some inflections are heard.
First, the authors point out that, according to the cities, the SO of the CGT are not
always enemies and they wish that the absence of direct confrontations with the " headed
processions" continues . Let us salute here what is said even if we note that this is not
accompanied by self-criticism on what has been done ... This inflection echoes the clearly
divergent positions expressed on the site Monday morning or on Paris-luttes.info on the
Union organizations. The issue is important because the calls to fight SOs considered as
cops is full of dangers for the social movement.
Beyond this tactical aspect, The book also evokes the loss of soul of the riot in its
outrageous militarization and in its media complacency. It is even admitted that the riot
can not win against repression. However, there is no alternative proposal. There was no
general strike, no demonstration, no riot or repeated riot... But what: " The procession
repeating itself, it was no longer a gesture in a situation, but a subject mirroring the
media, in particular alternatives. It was then time to desert this desertion in the
process of freezing and parodying. And continue to move. To move towards what ? We'll
wait for the next book.
Another debate shakes the autonomous movement and the echo here is perceptible. It is the
veiled criticism of an illusory desertion of those who build an alternative economic life.
The authors rightly point out that in capitalism no management is innocent but they are
careful not to be as arrogant as it is to other political currents: "To organize
revolutionarily under the cover of a whole maquis of structures Legal exchanges between
them is possible, but perilous. This can provide, among other things, an ideal cover for
international conspiracy relations. The threat still remains, however, to fall back into
the economic rut ... to no longer perceive the meaning of the conspiracy. Deserters are
therefore no more protected from reformism than the proletarians, and the latter are no
longer the objective supporters of capital.

Support Klimakemp that on 21 to 25 June under the slogan "Change the system, not the
climate" initiative organized by the limits we are. Download, print and spread the June
issue of the wall newspaper A3! ---- The existence of climate change known as global
warming, which is caused by the activities of "man" denies only a few. The deniers are
threefold. First they are large corporations, industrialists, owners of coal-mine owner,
oil tycoons and all those who earn on the burning of fossil fuels, for example, the entire
machinery of the automotive industry. Then it's a small group of "scientists" who are the
first paid to express, in the sense that "man" has no climate or totally negligible. Since
the rest of the scientific community clearly distancing. And then there are the ideologues
of capitalism that the statements of these "scientists" are supported so that they can
continue to defend his blind faith in the free market and the beneficial ma- unrestricted
individualism. To actually be able to defend the "right" of the rich exploit their
workers, damaging the company, pollute nature and let their actions on the global climate
change so that it will not be possible to preserve the world for future generations in the
form in which we know him recently.
These ideologues hand in hand with global economic elites are always fighting against
justice, and for one simple reason: one, to ensure their profits, and others to defend the
idea that the fittest have the inalienable right to rule, getting richer and determine the
course of the world . But this capitalist greed and a belief in the superiority of the
rich lead to disaster as a result. If they are able to see only their dollars and euros,
we certainly do not share their optics. We do not predatory society where a small minority
of what you can buy anything and anyone, and when it does not, have the power to direct
the actions of executors and blows of police batons, ruthlessly sweeps the rest of the people.
We want economic justice - companies controlled by those who work in them, and producing
what is really needed, not a lot of useless consumer disposable.
We want social justice - a bottom-organized institutions of direct democracy, which for us
will decide a few politicians who were brought to our choice, without the option to change
anything substantial.
We want justice climate - global opportunity for the next generation; a world where rich
countries do not benefit of the poor; a company that will manage the financial
calculations a small group of avaricious, but it will have in mind a healthy and dignified
life for all inhabitants of the planet.
It should be noted that the huge releases of carbon dioxide from burning fossil fuels and
methane from industrial cattle into the atmosphere are accompanied by massive
deforestation and devastation of the oceans. If we add to global warming decelerate the
process of methane leakage from previously frozen regions of Siberia and unprecedented
melting of the glaciers, we find ourselves in the midst of ever-accelerating suicidal
driving. Record temperatures, long periods of drought, floods and extreme weather events,
species extinctions, raising sea levels, desertification, extinction of drinking water
sources, migration, war ... all of it is a real situation that will probably only get
worse. And they still see only those dollars.
In all likelihood we declare that our demands are unrealistic. But if we want the planet
to be able to live our children and their children's children, it is unrealistic to
continue with blinders on in the business, without due attention to anything and anyone.
They are stolen but their profits as they are stolen any justice, equality and dignity for
all people of the world. Neuchlácholà us no problems painting green. Until it is removed
because the ideology of capitalism, in which human society and nature just a source of
enrichment for those who are already rich, nothing will really change. Until the people
themselves will determine their priorities and allow them to force advertising, corporate
media and corrupt politicians can not be a free choice of either language. As long as
those who make and those who work for them, and as long as a piece of earth someone say,
sir, there will be no justice.
These are our reasons why we build (not only) for climate justice. These are the reasons
why anarchists support this Klimakemp that on 21 to 25 June under the slogan "Change the
system, not the climate!" is organized in the Most coalfield initiative limits us . And
so, we are limits. As long as we let them capitalize on our work until we allow them to
manage and control our lives, needs and desires, as long as we let them destroy the planet
and the climate do not stop.
Nedovolme them to!
