The Wisdom of Wolves: What it Means to be a Leader
Although this makes for a touching story on leadership, it is not factual about wolf behavior by any stretch, and not what the author, Chadden Hunter said, or was implying.

What may be true is a female leading the pack. That is worth noting. What is sheer embellishment is that the sick or weak are leading. Wolf packs in reality would have the weak following at the back of the line.
Thank God we have strong leaders at the front of our pack leading. Don't fall for this sappy cabal dope about the weak doing the leading. Makes for a touching story, but in reality, ask yourselves, is this the way it works in real life? Who is leading our pack and what are their characteristics? Let's not get "wolf" backwards, and get in the "flow" of how things really work in life.
