I cannot answer anything about paymasters but I know a bit about 3D-5D.

I doubt this is the answer you are looking for, but I believe it is the best that anyone will be able to deliver.
I first came across the human ascension plan to 5D about 15 years ago. But then too is was channeled information by the New Age Gurus even at that time. So if you are looking at solid and "hard core proof", then the answer is NO, there is not any that is based in 3D awareness. But at the same time you have to ask the question, can a 3D awareness really see and understand a 5D expression? Personally I do not think that a 3D expression, such as ourselves, and understand of comprehend a 5D expression. As a 3D expression how could we possibly communicate a 5D expression?
This is the inherent problem with channeled information from beings that exist in the upper dimensions. The understanding of the message is limited by the experiences and desires of the message receiver. But the message senders,
Yes, I do believe they do exist. But I cannot prove it to you, however they have proven it to me that they are indeed there and indeed are in communication with us on a constant basis. You have to open your mind enough to allow the possibility that they exist, and they will show you. But it is totally a personal experience and as much as I have tried, those that have not had the experience themselves, will not understand it or believe it. It is just the way that it is. Very much like in the movie Field of Dreams, where the little girl chokes on the hot dog, and when the ball player crosses the line, it all becomes real for the brother-in-law. Until he had his experience, he could not understand.
As for how this 5D transition will occur is all over the map, just like the Dinarland guru's predictions. Some of the more esoteric type believe that a wave will come over us and we will shift into more of a smoky crystalline being and shed these 3D bodies. Others see more of a more advanced 3D body with a 5D conciseness. (which is what I tend to have more belief in)
There are indicators for me that there is something to the vibrational energy shift. For example, I drive a school bus. I am around about 100 kids a day and about 200 drivers and monitors that are also around 100 kids a day. That is a lot of germs. The only times that I get sick with the flu is when I let my vibration get low by overworking my body into exhaustion and not carrying the light. However, if I do catch something, I can get rid of it in 12 to 24 hours and it rarely get past being a spot in my throat that is sore. I have no doubt that this is a result of energy work and my personal vibration that I can control. There are may other experiences that I have had, but this one is more 3D than the rest.
So for me, I have no doubt that a consciousness shift is occurring here on the planet. Whether is really is a transition to 5D I have no "Proof" but a shift is happening, calling it 5D is just as good as calling it Chicken Soup. Its just a name like anything else. I understand that the 3D brain and body really has no clue what the 5D experience is going to be like.
These Guru's can all say whatever they want, but the bottom line is simple to understand. It will be what it will be, it will happen when it happens. So just like the New Age movement and in Dinarland. We will not know the time, date or the rate of when any of it will happen, but we will know when it does happen.
