"Very Dear Richard/OWK, I want to think you so VERY much for responding to my " Discrepancy" post in your Q and A post early this morning, in your usual meticulous, thoughtful and caring way. I'm sure I wasn't the only member who felt SO much better having read both that response and your brilliant, perfect explanation of how the next few days will go now, leading up to our accessing the freephone numbers to enable us to exchange/redeem - in both of your Q & As this morning - FANTASTIC ! . I know I'm not the first, probably the latest in a long line of ultra-grateful members , but I want to add that you have , tirelessly, selflessly , given us so much of your time and knowledge/information since we were so blessed to have you join IDC not so very long ago- and I am deeply, eternally grateful . You became the perfect foil [ complement to ] for Yosef who had baptised us so wondrously into the true scope of this transition and the true depth of its basis , when he first appeared on our scene in early 2006. I thank God SO much for you both - you are both Heaven- sent and so deeply loved by so many of us [ you are INDEED, golden !!]. "
