I have a question and concern about the "restored republic." Theoretically, the "restored republic" would be going back to constitutional rule. My question is, are they going to repeal all of FDR's 1933 legislation, specifically the Emergency Banking Relief Act which amended the Trading With the Enemy Act to declare all Americans enemies of the state/government? Because if that legislation is not repealed, there can be no restored republic. I would say, also, repeal all Executive Orders clear back to Lincoln, as they are all unconstitutional. And, the 14th Amendment was never properly ratified, and some of the southern states that "ratified" it, did so at gun-point. I would say the slate has to be wiped clean all the way back to pre-Civil War, as that is where the corporations and the bankers really started taking over. We have been under military due process rule since Lincoln, and more intensified since FDR. All of our civilian due process rights have been and are being violated on a daily basis under the current "temporary" military war powers government.
Another concern is all the crimes being prosecuted under statutes without an injured party. Statutes are all admiralty. Under the constitution, the admiralty cannot be brought inland, but they did. There are even high water markers on the highest mountains in this country to enforce their admiralty jurisdictions inland.
Will there be any provisions for releasing prisoners who were/are the victims of these admiralty statutes where there was no injured party? Even putting people in prison for theft is a violation of Scripture. They are supposed to be made to work off the debt, not put in prison, which destroys families, puts people on welfare.
Just how deep will this "restored republic" go? Are there any programs in the works for people who want to take part in cleaning out the garbage and actually restoring lawful government? That seems to be a necessary thing to do, since those in positions of authority right now don't know what lawful government consists of. How can we expect those in power right now to actually do what is necessary to restore the republic? They most likely will not want to let go of the "power" they think they have, because power corrupts, and that is what the American people are facing at this time. Absolute corrupt power.
There are a lot of people at the county level throughout the states, who are knowledgeable, and ready and willing to start at the county level to reform government, but they face corruption in the actual government offices. At the bare minimum, we will need constitutional teachers and mandatory constitutional classes for all government workers, and when they find out they can't behave the way they have been doing, it is going to meet with resistance in many cases.
Any plans along these lines?
