Dear Grandfather and Elders:

Dinarland is in desperate need of funds. Many have fallen and more fall each day.

The PTB only seem to create more requirements and additional delays. We badly need help, and we pledge to do Humanitarian Projects, but help does not arrive. I ask that you intervene in the process and mandate that aid be provided those few Dinarians still waiting for relief. We realize the release could very well be delayed indefinitely.

Please authorize and approve the following:

- Pre-Release Discount\”Teaser Rate” Exchanges on the Dinar and\or Dong.
- Please authorize a 10% Rate, or $0.50 or $1.00 Rate per Dinar and\or similar on the Dong.
- Please authorize banks to accept Dinar\Dong as collateral for Loans to raise operating capital until the release.

Benefits of this approach include:

- Increasing Bank’s Capital Reserves
- Banks developing relationships with future HNW clients
- Dinarland accessing operating capital to take care of family and service debt until the release.
- Keeping Humanitarian Projects (and funders) alive and viable until the release

We urgently ask you for your help. We understand the release is complicated, but if now one is left to receive the blessing, then it is wasted. We need your help.
