Dear Elders, PTB:

Yosef asserts that Netanyahu reneged on his Surrender Agreement AGAIN. This is the fourth or fifth time Israel and Netanyahu have reneged with bold faced lies. He, personally, has stopped the GCR.

Seven and one half Billion Souls are made to suffer in the poverty and misery of Debt Slavery because of one rogue nation and one rogue leader. This cannot continue. We have a precedence for this situation in a country named Germany and a leader named Hitler. He said give me Czechoslovakia and I will stop. He did not comply. He said give me Poland and I will stop. He did not comply. At that point, the Allied leaders realized that Germany must be destroyed and Hitler must die. That was the only solution for peace. We find ourselves in the same situation.

The main goal of the Cabal and Netanyahu is to prevent the GCR. They have been 100% successful.

The main goal of the Elders and PTB must be to release the GCR. The Elders must be 100% successful – in order to save Humanity.

Once the GCR is released, all remaining Cabal can be removed – by legal means or by death.

The Elders and the PTB simply must overwhelm and destroy the Cabal, Netanyahu and Israel as the free world overwhelmed and destroyed Hitler and Germany.

Elders and PTB, I AM proposing the following:
- Release the GCR to the world and to Tier 4 (hydrating Tier 1-3) now (within 48 hours).
- Accept that Netanyahu has sealed his personal fate and is marked for Death, or lifetime imprisonment (only if necessary).
- Honor your agreement to BYPASS Rogue Nations and BYPASS Israel from participating in the GCR.
- Remove all SWIFT and CIPPS financial connections to Israel, leaving the financially isolated.
- Remove all ability for Israeli Citizens to participate in the GCR Currency Exchanges.
- Revoke all Amnesty for ALL Israeli Citizens and possibly REVOKE AMNESTY for ALL Cabal worldwide. Surrender or Die.
- Immediately release all 9-11 Evidence to Global newsfeeds and expose all Cabal Globally.
- Mark all remaining Key Cabal Leadership for non-negotiable Arrest or Assassination.

Israel is Germany. Netanyahu is Hitler. The time for diplomacy has ended. Bold action is necessary. Any other approach will not yield successful results as the Cabal has made it clear they will not comply and will not surrender. Therefore, they must be removed by force or the world is their hostage. Please do not give them even one more chance to surrender. Please act, decisively.

Please release the GCR to the World and to Humanity, then remove the remaining Cabal without reservation.

Please release the Tier 4 redemptions (Hydrating Tier1-3) within a few days. Humanity needs you to act and to act now.
