"A Cry for Help from a Struggling Lightworker" by Johanna - 5.7.17
Joanna, I started college when I was 34years old and had 4 children to raise as a single parent. Some days were better than others! we were living in a small apartment on campus. I remember one night I recognized that my kids were needing some real basics. One daughter was sleeping on a bed that a camp donated. The springs went to the floor. Can you imagine how a 16 yr. old fits into a small camp bed when her bottom bottoms out on the floor.
I spoke to the Lord that night. He had promised to meet our needs and if I was to parent all 4 kids, then I needed the furniture to do it. Two nights later, the 5 of us were in the kitchen doing homework and the 16 yr. old smelled smoke. A fire had started in the apartment next door. I had renters insurance, that really wasn't that expensive. Till the fire engines left, our belongings had become smoke damaged and soaked.
The fire insurance replaced everything to new condition. We all had new beds and new sheets, new everything. So pray and remember who really has the checkbook. He is able to bless beyond your needs. He knows when to do it too. If you want a relationship with a God who is able, now is the time to talk to him about that too.
Today, I am also needing a miracle. I jumped the gun and signed a contract for a project property in March when it sounded like we were really going to RV. The contract ran our a week ago but the realtor extended the contract until this Tuesday. I will owe the downpayment whether we RV or not so I would love to see the RV banker by Monday. The God I know does things for us to teach us and sometimes that doesn't mean getting prayer the way you want it answered. Then I also know that God does not ruin his servant either. So I have been praying a lot about the RV actually getting through this time.
I believe there are many of us in situations that are in the last minute status! There are lots of us that feel like basketballs that have been bouncing off the backboard and feeling that the players would improve their game! But as I said, God has the checkbook and the global clock, HIs timing is perfect. I believe He is thinking that the RV is here, now. I will pray for your situation and for the RV to become a tangible reality. K
